Responsibilities of Eastcrew and the contracting parties
How do we request a replacement through the app?
Authorised contacts can report replacement needs by QR code. The app automatically notifies Eastcrew. We coordinate the request with the plant and the contractor. The responsible contractor handles implementation; personnel decisions remain with the employer. App access and scope are agreed per project. A fixed replacement deadline is promised only when expressly agreed.
We’ve spoken on the phone. What happens next?
Send us your question or a short description of your needs. If you would like a callback, include your phone number and a convenient time in your message. We can discuss the remaining details personally.
What is Eastcrew’s role?
Eastcrew provides office services, business consulting and organisational coordination between clients and contractors. Our on-site monitors check compliance with the agreed services. Eastcrew does not supply personnel to carry out those works. The participating companies conclude their own service agreements; each contractor is responsible for delivery, work organisation and personnel.
Can companies within your own group also carry out projects?
Yes. Contractors may include companies within our group. They deliver the agreed works or services using their own employees. The contracting company and its specific scope are agreed in advance.
Do I need to know all the details already?
No. Your contact details and a short message are enough to get started. We can clarify tasks, location, scope and timing together afterwards.
How are costs and arrangements agreed?
Scope, remuneration and contracting parties are agreed individually. Before work begins, the parties also clarify authority to direct the work, work organisation and local legal requirements. A contract label does not replace this assessment.
